Why we exist

Greater Noida and YEIDA produce some of India's most attractive real estate, but the buying experience is broken. Buyers get pulled between aggressive call-centres pushing whatever has the highest commission, brokers who've never read a RERA registration, and builders who'll show you a sample flat that bears no relation to what eventually gets handed over. Vidastu Developers exists to be the firm that knows what it's selling, that reads the drawings, and that picks up the phone in under sixty seconds.

Since 2012 we've helped end-users, NRI investors, and second-home buyers navigate YEIDA plot allotments, Yamuna Expressway apartments, and the Greater Noida resale market. We deliberately do not list 200 projects; we work deeply with three featured projects and a curated YEIDA plot inventory. Depth, not breadth.

Who runs Vidastu

Vidit Kaushik — Founder

Vidit founded Vidastu Developers in 2012 after graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering from BITS Pilani. The Civil Engineering background is the differentiator: when a builder hands over a payment plan, Vidit reads the structural drawings and the soil report, not just the price page. He's the one who decides which projects make our shortlist, which construction jobs we take on directly, and which projects don't pass the filter at all. Shri Ravi Shankar Sharma — Co-Founder & Senior Vastu Consultant

Co-founder of Vidastu Developers and the firm's senior Vastu consultant. Veteran builder and gold medalist astrologer, Shri Ravi Shankar Sharma leads our Property Vaastu service personally — every paid Vastu visit (₹10,999 / 1 hour on-site, anywhere in Delhi NCR) is conducted by him. The Vastu practice and the construction practice are equally his — both predate the formal incorporation of Vidastu Developers in 2012.

Sachin Bansal — Vice President, Sales

Sachin handles every inbound enquiry that comes through this site. He has placed 100+ deals across YEIDA, Greater Noida, and the Yamuna Expressway corridor and runs the buyer relationship end-to-end — from first call to registry. The phone number on every page of this site (+91 99583 02906) is Sachin's personal line. There's no IVR, no call-centre, and no "let me check with my manager."

• YEIDA residential plot brokerage — live inventory in Sectors 18, 20, 22D (sizes 120–300 sq.m). Plots in Sectors 16, 17, 25 on request.
• Yamuna Expressway apartment advisory — Gaur Yamuna Expressway, SKA Destiny One, Eldeco Echoes of Eden.
• Industrial & institutional plots — YEIDA Sectors 29, 32, 33; Ecotech zones.
• Property Vaastu consultation — ₹10,999, 1-hour on-site, by Shri Ravi Shankar Sharma.
• NRI buyer advisory — Power-of-Attorney coordination, RBI-compliant remittance, remote site visits via WhatsApp video.

What we don't do

• We don't sell projects we haven't physically inspected.
• We don't quote a single rupee that isn't backed by a written builder pricing sheet or a verifiable seller demand.
• We don't run a call-centre. Every enquiry routes to Sachin.
• We don't take on construction work outside our supervision capacity. If we can't personally walk the site weekly, we won't take the job.
