The 5-acre Sector 22D site for Eldeco Echoes of Eden — featuring three G+30 towers (Haven, Elysian, Caelum) with 80% open green space and 3-side open apartment configurations — has progressed to early contractor mobilisation. Site fencing, access-road alignment, and utility routing are complete. Soil investigation reports have been filed. The pre-construction team is on-site for survey work ahead of the formal Phase-1 launch.

For buyers making a site visit: the Sector 22D approach via Yamuna Expressway is now sign-posted. The 5-acre footprint — adjacent to the Buddh International Circuit (F1 track) and approximately 10 minutes from Noida International Airport — is clearly demarcated with Eldeco EOE boarding.

Launch BSP remains at ₹8,999/sq.ft* as of this report. No formal upward revision has been announced. However, the Phase-1 launch event — when it occurs — typically carries a revised launch BSP. On comparable NCR premium pre-launches, the step-up is in the 3–7% range. Yamuna Expressway Corridor — May 2026 News

  1. Noida International Airport (Jewar) — Phase 1 progress. Terminal construction and runway work continue on schedule. Noida International Airport remains India's fastest-advancing greenfield airport project. Eldeco EOE at Sector 22D is approximately 10 minutes from the airport site.   2. YEIDA allotments and commercial plots. YEIDA's monthly allotment cycle for industrial and commercial plots along the Yamuna Expressway corridor continued in April–May. New commercial anchors near Sector 22D strengthen the long-term residential demand thesis.
  3. Buddh International Circuit (F1 track) area. Interest in the Sector 22D–25 cluster has grown partly because of proximity to the Buddh International Circuit — India's only Formula 1 track — which is being evaluated for renewed international motorsport events. For a RERA-registered pre-launch, construction commences after sufficient bookings are collected and the developer has met RERA's construction-commencement conditions.
